Phippen House seeks out staff that are passionate and committed to working with Complex Special Needs youth. Our team has a variety of experience and is comprised of Child and Youth Workers, Developmental Service Workers, Social Service Workers, and Behaviour Science Technicians. We use a multi disciplinary team to encourage a variety of skills and experience that will best serve our youth.

We offer Full Time and Part-time opportunities and do our best to accommodate flexible schedules. You will receive comprehensive on the job training, CPI training, medication training, indigenous training and any ongoing training that is necessary or deemed relevant to be an asset when working with our youth.
