Privacy Policy
Phippen House collects information from various sources to provide programming and care that best suits the needs of each individual. This information is used solely for the purpose of meeting those needs and is only disclosed to those who have been given permission or for legal reasons. Access to any data regarding an individual is only given to authorized staff or legal guardians, and is securely locked away in the main office or on password protected computers. All records are retained by Phippen House for 25 years after a client is discharged from care. Any request for information must submitted in writing to Phippen House.
